I have started cycling 9 months ago. Besides losing 5 kg, I am in good shape and also gained other health benefits which I did not expect to achieve. I was shocked that I have passed my latest yearly lab fasting test with flying colors.

Physically, I have achieved great mobility which I never thought possible. Activities like climbing stairs and overhead bridges are no longer a chore for me.

If you do not want to end up with a walking stick or wheelchair-bound in your golden years. Do not delay anymore!

You will find out how easy is it from my 4-week step-by-step D.A.S.H system to build a pair of stronger legs.

A strong pair of legs is a foundation to a long-life well-being. Mobility is key to independency. Cycling is one of the most convenient activities you can do almost everywhere, e.g; running personal errand, casual cycling, etc.

Hi Everyone, I'm Cavin in my 60s. I started cycling 7 months ago. After 3 months, I have noticed a significant improvement in my leg muscles. The obvious evidence is when I was climbing up stairs and over-bridges. Never before I felt climbing stairs is no longer a burden. During this 6 months' cycling experience, I have been adding more and more mileages to my ride and now I am chalking up 150km/wk by cycling 2 to 3 times a week. Don't worry about the speed just cover the distance you are targeting.

After 2 months, I have also noticed that I have lost 2 cm of my tummy fats from my waistline and 3 kg off my weight.

I also get to go scenic places and landmarks which I have wanted to visit in the past my no chance to do so.

Cycling is such a joy which I should have taken it up long ago. Due to my overseas stint for 30 years, I have no chance to do so. Now that I am back for good, I will not want to forgo this golden opportunity to take up cycling. Even though I used to be a cross-country runner in school, I will not do it because running is bad for the knees. Fortunately, I have reunited with my secondary school classmates after 40+ years. Now we have formed our own cycling group and named ourselves "The Rangboomer Cycling Club" and we meet up once or twice weekly to cycle together. It is fellowship, sight-seeing and exercise all-in-one. Cheer!
