P.E.A.C.E 6-month Artist Green Card Strategic System

"Through Yanzi's full-time guidance for each artist, whether studying or graduated, we aim to help art students precisely and quickly calibrate their perspective on green card and O-1 visa applications. We strive for high scores in the O-1 process, facilitating an early submission for green card approval.

Origin

Like students who decided to embark on studying in the United States, I, too, encountered the artistic atmosphere, working style, and inexhaustible cultural inspiration in the U.S. This led me to commit to deepening my roots in this land, aspiring to realize all the creative thoughts in my mind.

However, after making this commitment, I realized that the ability documentation needed to stay and work in the U.S. post-graduation is not something achievable during the one-year OPT internship, especially considering long-term development here requires successful O-1 applications every three years.

Green Card Preparation Plan

Due to my fondness for the free creative atmosphere and diverse inclusivity of New York, I embarked on the path of consulting lawyers since the beginning of OPT. I consulted with more than 20 lawyers, hoping to secure a high chance of O-1 approval within the internship year.

After self-studying immigration law and receiving full guidance from a lawyer, I successfully obtained a green card six months into my OPT and began systematically organizing my experiences and the lawyer's strategies. I hope to share this formula with all international student artists striving in the United States.

Assisting Artists in Smooth Landing

During the guidance of each student artist, I found that those who ultimately succeed in obtaining a green card are those who collaborate with peers, discussing, challenging, and adjusting together. This ensures that they do not give up on an opportunity for development in the U.S. due to setbacks and loneliness when faced with changes or busyness.

Therefore, in addition to designing the P.E.A.C.E Green Card Program, I hope that after obtaining this green card secret, each student will have Yanzi Sister's companionship throughout the journey to the summit, until you finally hold the green card in your hands.

In the P.E.A.C.E Green Card Linear System course, you will learn:

  1. In-depth analysis of each green card proof standard, examples, and interpretation of normative documents by the immigration officer.
  2. Finding the key components for your country's significant national interest and subcategories.
  3. Critical formula: Writing a business plan.
  4. Deconstructing other necessary materials: guidelines and screening for writing employer and recommendation letters.
  5. Aligning media coverage resources, answering questions, and assistance.
  6. Choosing a lawyer: Key factors in price, value, and distinguishing future services.
  7. Upon completion of the course and the green card strategic checklist, you can schedule a one-on-one consultation meeting with Yanzi to assess the practicality of your future green card journey.
  8. Regular follow-up and guidance after the course: tackling challenges on the green card checklist, identity transitions, scheduling issues, aligning green card methods, and assistance with related resources."

"The total course duration is 10 hours, directly skipping the O-1 and calibrating towards the green card. However, this course will still compare and explain the conditions and material standards of O-1, allowing artists who need to wait for green card processing to apply for O-1 during the waiting period for the green card interview.

Additionally, Yanzi Sister will share all the templates I used during the period of working with the lawyer, including recommendation letters, job invitations, and other self-drafted documents. This will enable you to prepare all the necessary information when meeting with a lawyer in the future, ensuring you find a lawyer who truly understands you and can showcase your highlights as a strong case before the immigration officer.

How to Enroll in this Course:

As this course requires genuine dedication and exploration of your inner path, and Yanzi Sister will guide you step by step towards the day of petitioning for the green card, each joining student needs to undergo an interview. This interview will confirm the suitability of the course and future guidance for both parties before embarking on this journey together.

To schedule an interview, please email [email protected].

Our assistant will coordinate and schedule a 45-minute interview with you, which will be a one-on-one Zoom meeting with Yanzi Sister.

Looking forward to meeting you during the interview :)

Course Curriculum

Why did you decide to enroll in this course, and what challenges or concerns did you have before starting the classes?
When I registered for this course, I was already at the late stages of compiling my O-1 application, but I still wanted to know which areas I could improve upon. Additionally, when I was putting together my O-1 case, I realized that my qualifications and work experience might be strong enough to go for a green card, so I joined the course to find out more, and perhaps to get more clarity. Furthermore, even if I did not yet qualify for a green card, I wanted to plan for my future, to find out how I could upgrade from an O-1 to a green card.

What aspect of the "P.E.A.C.E. 6-Month Green Card Cultivation Program" has been most helpful to you?

The biggest thing that the course helped me with was giving me a sense of direction. I understood how I could arrange my materials, how to lay out my next steps, to clearly see my strong and weak points, so that I had targets to work on, and systemically work towards qualifying for a green card.

After completing the course and the strategic checklist, do you feel you have a clearer plan and more confidence in obtaining the artist green card?

Yes, this course and checklist gave me clarity in my planning and more confidence to take on the process of the artist green card, to tackle this seemingly impossible mission!

What advice do you have for current art students studying in the U.S. or artists in your home country looking to work in the U.S.?

You need to work hard making your art, but also work hard running it, because art is not just about making things; it is also a business. If you would like to work as an artist in the US, grinding with your head down can only get you so far; you need to keep your head up and have a strategy! To my fellow immigrant artists, you got this!

Due to the density of the content, this course often went on very tightly. However, Yanzi is an incredibly patient and heartful teacher. She paced the course very well, time and again adjusting the intensity to let the slower students catch up, but also making sure that other students did not relax too much. Additionally, due to the rather complex nature of the subject matter discussed in this course, students who slack or do the bare minimum will reap what they sow. Participants need to pull their weight and put in time and effort to achieve the best results. If you are unsure about committing or have no time to spare, please think thrice before joining; do not waste the teacher's, other participants', and your own time. But if you do decide to join the course, trust your teacher and trust the process!
